I can’t say enough about CrossFit Solid Orange | Nashville. From the beginning they brought a quality that was unmatched. As a person new to CrossFit my work came from playing the traditional sports( Football, Basketball, baseball, Etc.) … More so my form and technique were not the best. However, the coaches showed me the ropes from Day one. They gave me tips and tricks to help my form and build strength in the process they also monitored how quickly I was attempting add weight to make sure I was always using a safe weight for me. This Gym is about fitness and safety at all times. They encourage to go lighter and worked harder and the results are rolling in from weight loss to building strength and over all feeling I get from being apart of the gym. This gym is truly a family. I’m grateful to be apart everyone should join this gym as soon as they can.

Crossfit Solid Orange is very active on social media and my gym mates are some of the best people I’ve met in a long time! It’s such a positive way to start my day. The coaches were nice, encouraging and made sure to guide me and meet me where i was but also … More made sure to push me in order to get me better and stronger. It truly is a family atmosphere and everyone wants to see everyone else succeed. I have tried working out alone and several other gyms but i truly feel like this is the best place for me. At 52 I believe that I am the oldest regular member of this gym. I started coming because my body was falling apart after years of sedentary jobs. This was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but the payoff is more than worth … More it.
The members here are all very supportive and the coaches give enough personal attention to make scaling the workouts to my specific needs easy without letting me coast.
I love that all I have to do is show up willing to work hard, all the planning and thought is done.
I didn't give the gym a 5 because I am a teacher and I always want to leave room for improvement : )

If you are a long time lurker of crossfit, as I was, this is the gym for you! Small box, with very knowledgeable coaches, who will train you how to properly complete each lift, and a family like group to help push you through it all. Best decision I've made in my fitness life, and you should definitely do the same!
