The members here are all very supportive and the coaches give enough personal attention to make scaling the workouts to my specific needs easy without letting me coast.
I love that all I have to do is show up willing to work hard, all the planning and thought is done.

Drove all the way from out of town to meet with Ryan and sign my daughter up and was met with terrible customer... service, complete lack of respect for our time showing up 45 minutes late after calling one minute before our schedule time to say you would be 30minutes late. I've never given a bad review of anyone business but my experience yesterday at this gym was so bad I had to make an exception !! Beware!! There is a reason this gym offers one free week!!!
